There where all these little orange flowers all over the place.
Here we're scoping out the town shortly after we parked the van, trying to get our bearings.

The Thinking Man
This is the view from where we were sitting as a ferry comes into the dock. Just out to the shot to the right was an ice cream shop that we stopped at a few times while we where there.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the island and the nice weather. We just had a few days of rain. The orange flowers are California poppies and they are everywhere on the island alongside the roads. The flowers that are in bloom now are gorgeous. You'll have to come back again!
