What is Up?!

As I'm sure many of you have wondered what we've been up to the last few months here's your answer. http://thegreathousehuntcont.blogspot.com/ (Our realestate blog of all the homes we'll be looking at) M and I have started the process of buying a home. Now you might be wondering how we can afford a home? Well we are going through the Kulshan Community Land Trust. http://www.kclt.org/ (click here to find out more about the KCLT) Basically they have access to grant money for first time home buyers who fit in a certain financial bracket. About a year ago now M and I took a first time home buyer workshop through the KCLT which is actually one of the steps in the process for the KCLT. Currently we are in the middle of the application process. The next step is to wait to hear from them after they receive M's income verification sheet through her work. Once the KCLT gets that they will contact us and let us now how much we're eligible for. Once we know that then we can officially start looking for homes and get our selves a real estate agent. We technically have one now but we just need to make it offical through the KCLT. I'll tell you it's all very exciting, but to the piont where we don't want to get too set on a certian house at this stage in the game. When we get closer we'll let the world know.

Since I have been bombarded with requests to post new pictures of the boy I have complied. I took one picture and he told me "more!" So I took another on and he said "MORE" and so I did for four more times. The last one being this one, which as I told Adrian is the best one. He replied OK. A man of little words and tells you whats on his mind without being afraid of being a straight shooter.
